I am a graduate of the Yoga Teacher Training program at Supreme Peace Yoga and Wellness in Louisville, and I am certified RYT-200 by the Yoga Alliance. I do carry liability insurance for teaching yoga; I am also certified by the American Red Cross for Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED.
